Opera

Opera production is ludicrously expensive and consumed by audiences built on a business model of finite performances in a physical space situated in one fixed location. Managing to survive not by economic profitability but by major donor and private benefactor and donor support, the long-term outlook for this major art form is decidedly precarious.

What we need in the 21st Century is a better way to engage audiences with the magic of Opera by allowing them to explore and be immersed in the incredible music, voices and drama (or comedy) that make Opera unique.

At Quill & Quaver Associates we know how to do this starting from initial creative production design through to finished product, as well as how to create the distribution channels for Opera to reach new audiences across the globe to effectively bring a greater financial return to any Opera organization – big or small.
